You will be guided in making conscious choices that contribute to your Sun: the life you want to live.

In the time between the workshops you will start living the life you want to live, guided by short exercises to help you. During the workshops we will share experiences and knowledge in order to reflect upon this continuous process.
1. What is my Sun?
Discover your unique talents, your passions, your core values, your vision for the world and define what is your Sun.
2. How to follow my Sun?
Develop a personal plan of action with your intentions and goals for the coming 12 weeks and beyond.
3. What does my Sun need?
Create a Sunny visionboard in which you visualize what your Sun looks like and what you need to start following your Sun. Learn to trust your potential to create the life you want to live.
4. What limits me in following my Sun?
Reflect on the challenges you encounter in following your Sun and learn how you can overcome these.
5. How do we co-create our world by practicing our Sun?
Experiment with practicing your Sun: time to shine!
6. My Sunny future
Reflect on your learning process, plan your future and share your ideas with the group and – if you want – with people that are close to you.
